The terms under which your account and your subscription are provided.
These terms govern your use of this website, the account area, and the runtime, SDK and Studio tooling provided under the Pro subscription (together, “the platform”). They take effect when you create an account.
You must provide an email address you control, and you are responsible for the security of your account and for activity that takes place under it. Accounts are for the individual or organisation they are issued to and may not be shared with unrelated parties. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing an account cancels any active subscription in line with section 4.
The platform is actively developed. Features may be added, changed or removed. Interface changes that affect code you have written land only in a major release and always ship with a migration note; we do not make them silently in a patch release.
The Pro plan costs $100 per month, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude any tax that applies in your jurisdiction; applicable tax is calculated by the payment provider at checkout.
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial periods are not pro-rated. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
If a payment fails, access may be suspended until the payment method is corrected. We will notify the address on the account before access is affected.
You may not use the platform to:
You keep ownership of the adapters, domain packs, content and experiences you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to provide the platform to you. You are responsible for the experiences you operate, including anything your agents do inside them and any disclosures your players are entitled to.
External evaluation is optional. If you enable it, you are responsible for your relationship with the provider you choose, for the terms that apply to it, and for the observation fields you elect to send. The runtime restricts that payload to the fields you enumerate; it cannot control what the provider does with them.
The runtime executes inside your own Roblox servers, so its availability is not ours to guarantee. This website, the account area and the download and licensing services are provided on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, changes or incidents. Where we can give notice of planned interruption, we will. No contractual uptime commitment applies unless we have agreed one with you in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a right you hold as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss of data arising from these terms. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. You may stop using the platform at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting existing subscribers are communicated by email to the address on the account at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the platform after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the publisher is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not remove any protection available to you under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
